STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1.   Deliverables: Company will deliver the implemented Odoo modules specified in Section 1 within the agreed-upon time-frame. Deliverables will include any necessary documentation, training materials, and support
2.  Fees: Customer agrees to pay Company the total fee of [Amount] for the implementation services outlined in this Contract. Payment terms are as follows:

4. Support and Maintenance: Company agrees to provide  post-implementation support and maintenance for the implemented Odoo modules at no additional cost. Additional support beyond this period may be subject to additional fees.
5. Confidentiality: Both parties agree to keep all information exchanged during the course of this Contract confidential. This includes, but is not limited to, proprietary business information, trade secrets, and technical data.
6. Termination: Either party may terminate this Contract in the event of a material breach by the other party. Termination shall be effective upon written notice to the breaching party.
7. Governing Law: This Contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indian Jurisdiction.
8. Entire Agreement: This Contract constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
